What programming languages do your engineers specialize in?

Yes! We can also provide UX designers, QA testers, and other roles to help you build a complete product team.

How long does it take to get a Squad member onboarded?

We try to work with you to meet your timeline. We are often able to get engineers interviewed and onboarded within 3 weeks of your initial inquiry. That said, the timeline can vary depending on your specific needs and our current availability.

How does billing work?

We work on a full-time equivalent (FTE) model. You pay a monthly fee for each engineer you hire. This fee covers the engineer's salary, benefits, and our operational costs.

Do you do project-based work?

We do not currently offer project-based work. Squad members are available for full-time engagements.

What is the commitment length for hiring a Squad member?

We have a one month trial period for each individual you hire. After the trial period, we ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months. This allows us to provide a stable work environment for our team and ensure a successful partnership.
